Over a year later, we are still busy trying to make life feel normal for everyone around us, or maybe make it super special or just make it NOT SUCK. Anyway, I KNOW we are doing our best. And THAT IS ENOUGH!

 

Now it's time to celebrate you, start summer off STRONG and make the time to fit fitness into your schedule, THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU! 

 

SUMMER BARRE BLAST is an exciting NEW PROGRAM designed to torch calories, shred fat and seriously sculpt those muscles in 15 minutes at a time.  Yep, NO Excuses.  You can freaking find 15 minutes for yourself 4 - 5 TIMES PER WEEK. Now I hope you do this as an “add on” to your existing workout (like your live barre with me…hint hint) or your running, yoga, biking…whatever you love. BUT you can also mix and match these videos to get what you need for a 30-45 minute total workout. For example do one of the core videos then go right into a tabata…and boom that’s 30 minutes! 

 

4 weeks. 20 workouts. 15 minutes each.

You will need one set of LIGHT barre weights (1-4 lbs) and one set of CHALLENGE barre weights (4 -10 lbs) plus a mini resistance band and a small squishy ball.
