Anyway, I KNOW we are all stressing more than normal. It’s fine, really…I got you. If you need a little something EXTRA this season to fit fitness into your schedule, THIS PROGRAM IS FOR YOU!
Holiday Barre Club is an exciting NEW PROGRAM designed to torch calories, shred fat and seriously sculpt those muscles in 15 minutes at a time. Yep, NO Excuses. You can freaking find 15 minutes for yourself this holiday season. Now I hope you do this as an “add on” to your existing workout (like your live barre with me…hint hint) or your running, yoga, biking…whatever you love. BUT you can also mix and match these videos to get what you need for a 30-45 minute total workout. For example do one of the arm videos then go right into a tabata…and boom that’s 30 minutes!

You will need one set of barre weights (1-4lb) plus a mini resistance band and a small squishy ball. And a sparkling positive attitude.
