You will need light (2,3 or 4lb) hand weights and optional - mini resistance band and squishy ball!

Tabata involves 20 seconds of balls-to-the-wall effort followed by 10 seconds of rest (either pare down your effort or stop completely), repeated eight times for a total of four minutes. Every four-minute bout is one complete Tabata round. It also increases cardiovascular endurance and metabolism, which helps to quickly burn calories.
BarreLIIT is a 40 minute class that combines traditional barre work with low intensity interval training bursts utilizing a rebounder (or mini trampoline) to maximize results. It gets your heart and circulatory system firing on all cylinders in no time – plus, you’ll love every minute. The added bonus of performing LIIT workouts on a mini trampoline is that the workout is also weight bearing giving added health benefits such as maintaining strong bones and increasing joint integrity.
BarreLIIT YOGA - This is a 30-minute yoga-barre hybrid workout designed for everyone. You will lengthen while you strengthen. Plus, all you need are a chair or surface to hold onto and a set of light dumbbells for this workout.
